Next year's vegetable seeds are drying, and I have frozen and dehydrated to my heart's content. There are 2 open shelves in the freezer for any upcoming sales at the grocery, I have big paper bags full of potatos, and I am debating the merits of catching maybe 50-odd bluegill before the fish go deep for the winter

Now is the time for building projects, and cutting wood, pruning, and a doing good general clean-up.
