Anyone know of a few acres 3-5 of woodland in central to north central pa for sale? preferably secluded area.
Not in any current gas activity, I know thats gonna be tough. Willing to look into W.Virginia also.
I see southern N.Y. land is very reasonable but what are the taxes like?
