we have a food savor and at least a thousand mason jars,.. Back in 2008 we vac sealed probably two hundred jars of all raw uncooked different pastas.. today we just opened a couple that looked like bow ties that were sealed in 3/2008.. it was almost like the fresh stuff, it did take about three minutes longer to cook.. no one at the table except my wife and I knew it was 12 years old,, It was always stored where it was dark and cool, dry.
